You’ll receive a Track & Trace link from the carrier to follow your delivery.
Is the proposed delivery time inconvenient? You can reschedule directly with the carrier.
If no new appointment is made and no one is present at the time of delivery, additional charges may apply.

You can return it free of charge within 30 days.
Returns can be initiated easily via your account or by contacting our customer service.
Items must be returned in like-new condition. If not, compensation may be deducted.

Your Legal Right of Withdrawal (EU)

After notification, you have another 14 days to return the product.
If the return meets the legal conditions, the full amount will be refunded within 14 days of cancellation notice.
