Orders are delivered by PostNL, DHL Express, FedEx or GLS. Delivery is free of charge. If additional shipping costs apply (for example for remote areas or express shipping), these will be shown at checkout.

You will receive a Track&Trace link from the carrier to follow your delivery. If the proposed delivery time doesn’t suit you, a new appointment can be arranged. If no new appointment is made and no one is available at delivery, additional charges may apply.

If the item does not meet your expectations, it can be returned free of charge within 30 days by contacting customer service. The item must be in new condition; otherwise, fees may apply. For large items, a pickup appointment will be arranged. Smaller items can be returned via a postal drop-off point.

Once received, the return will be processed within 5 working days, and the amount will be refunded via your chosen payment method.

The consumer has 14 days to cancel the order and register the return.

Then another 14 days to send the product back.
